Fried Chicken and Caviar, a premiere pop-up dining experience, had made a name for themselves nationally with featured in renowned food publications and major celebrations  , including the USA TODAY Wine & Food Experience, the Food and Wine Festival, Charleston Wine and Food, The New York Times, Crab and Cruise, and more. 

When they  approached Love Publicity they were still hosting pop-ups but wanted to remain relevant and continue to get the word out about each pop-up they were having to garner new customers.  

Love Publicity PR efforts began by researching the pop-up industry and the uniqueness of the Fried Chicken and Caviar brand. We used this information to compile a list of food writers and producers, food influencers and content creators, foodies in areas they will host a variety of pop-up shops and various online communities focused on food.

As we continue to work with Fried Chicken and Caviar, everytime there’s a new pop-up shop we are garnering new excitement around their brand, menu and experience securing regular cooking segments on Fox 2 News, Live in the D, CBS Detroit and feature in publications including The Detroit Free Press, The Detroit News, Detroit Metro Times, Bridge Detroit, and several foodies and bloggers.
